Alison P. Gordon is an Associate at Polansky Law Firm.  Her practice focuses on zealous advocacy for the constitutional rights of the accused, juvenile defense, and post-conviction litigation and appeals.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Alison worked at the firm as a Law Clerk for one year, during which she became adept at analyzing complex legal issues and developed an aggressive pretrial litigation practice.  In her time as a clerk, she assisted in preparing a Petition for Post-Conviction DNA Testing which resulted in the court granting a hearing, and two petitions for Post-Conviction Relief under Rule 35(c) which resulted in the court granting hearings.

Alison attended the University of Colorado Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Juvenile & Family Law.

Alison has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the State University of New York at Binghamton.  She is admitted to practice in the Colorado State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.  Alison is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.
